What MeetMate calls an official event page
Calendar pages, search results and event-listing pages may be used to discover a meet, but MeetMate should label a link as an Official event page only when it resolves to a current page dedicated to that specific event. A general calendar, category page or parent listing is not treated as a substitute.
PDFs, entry portals and other documents may provide important supporting evidence, but they are not treated as the event page itself. If a specific event page cannot be verified, MeetMate may leave that field unavailable rather than present a broader page as though it were the event's dedicated page.
Publication workflow
MeetMate may use automated tools to discover and extract information, followed by event-identity checks, field validation, source-evidence checks and publication rules. Automated extraction is a processing method, not independent proof that a field is correct.
Publication means the listing passed MeetMate's current publication rules; it does not mean that MeetMate is the event organiser or that the organiser has reviewed or endorsed the MeetMate listing.
Missing or uncertain fields
A blank or unavailable field means MeetMate did not obtain enough reliable source support to publish that field. MeetMate should not infer an entry deadline, venue, qualification requirement or other material detail simply because a similar event used one previously.
Third-party material, names and links
MeetMate does not claim ownership of third-party event notices, documents, organisation names, logos or trademarks. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners where applicable. References and links are used to identify events, attribute sources and help users reach the original information.
A link to an organisation or service does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation with MeetMate. Third-party sites may change, move or remove content without notice.
Updates and corrections
Meet information can change after MeetMate has collected it. Source changes may not appear immediately in MeetMate, so the source's current publication remains the best place to confirm time-sensitive details.
Where a correction can be verified against a reliable source, MeetMate should update the affected listing in a subsequent publication cycle. If you are a rights holder, organiser or affected person and believe a link, attribution or displayed item should be reviewed, use the Report an issue channel or email mmeetmate@gmail.com.
